Nobody complains about the shape of a trophy. They complain it fell over.
Custom Baseball Trophies makes trophies and awards to order — column trophies, one-piece sculpted resin, acrylic and crystal, perpetual league trophies, team participation awards and UV-blocking ball and bat displays.

A column trophy is a base, a threaded rod, some column sections, a riser and a figure. It is held together entirely by that rod, and almost everything that goes wrong is a rod problem or a base problem.
The spinning figure everyone has seen is a short rod that only engaged the top section, with glue doing the rest. The trophy that tips off a shelf is a hollow moulded base. Neither is expensive to fix and neither is ever mentioned in a quote.
So we run the rod the full height, we weight the base, and we put the base dimensions on the quote next to the overall height — because two trophies the same height can be completely different objects.
Why we exist
This category is sold on a photograph of a shiny figure and a price per unit, and the two things that decide whether the award survives are invisible in both.
There is also a habit of soft language. Figures are described as metal when they are plated plastic. Bases are described as marble when they are moulded polymer. Nobody is quite lying and nobody is quite telling you either.
We would rather just say it. The figures are moulded plastic with a bright plated or painted finish, which is what the entire industry ships at league prices and is completely fine. It wears at the high points and edges first. Real cast metal exists, we will quote it, and it costs many times more.
What we actually make
Column trophies on a full-height rod. One-piece sculpted resin, which has no joints at all and more weight for its size. Acrylic and crystal awards for coaches, sponsors and hall-of-fame nights, including sub-surface engraving that floats inside the block. Perpetual league trophies with the base sized for the number of years you actually plan to run. Team participation trophies at volume pricing without dropping the build. And UV-blocking ball and bat displays for the objects that already mean something.
Every engraved plate is laser-cut anodised aluminium, and every name is proofed back to you before it runs.
What we do not make
Medals. Not one. They are a different product with different tooling and there are suppliers who do nothing else and do it better than we would.
Bats, balls, uniforms or apparel. We are an awards company.
And we will not describe a plated plastic figure as metal, or a moulded base as marble, however common that is in this trade.
The name list is the risky part
Almost every problem we have ever had on an order started in a spreadsheet typed at eleven at night by a volunteer, and engraving is not reversible.
So the process is deliberately dull. Send the list exactly as you want it engraved. We send back a proof of every single line. You approve it, and that approval is genuinely the last chance — we would rather say that plainly now than discover a misspelt name together in a banquet hall.
Tell us the banquet date at the quote stage as well, not afterwards. It changes what we can promise, and it is far easier to solve a fortnight out than four days out.
How we price
No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with the height, the materials, the engraving and the quantity. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are already holding a cheaper one.
On big participation runs we will show you exactly where the cost comes out — a smaller figure, a shorter column, a simpler plate. Not the base.
On artwork
Laser engraving has a minimum line width, so hairline rules and small type close up. We redraw league crests free and send a proof at actual size.
We hold the redrawn file, so next season’s order matches this one rather than nearly matching it — which matters a great deal on a perpetual trophy that needs a new side plate every year for the next twenty.
