What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 trophies — one team is a normal order — with volume tiers for leagues and tournaments.
How fast will my trophies arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished trophies ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when a banquet date is fixed. Tell us the date at the quote stage, not afterwards.
Why do trophy figures come loose and spin?
Because the threaded rod that holds the trophy together only engaged the top section, so the joint was a couple of threads and some glue. A rod running the full height, torqued down onto the base, has nothing to work loose. It is the single most useful question to ask a supplier.
Are the figures actually metal?
Almost never, on ours or anybody else’s at league prices. They are moulded plastic with a bright plated or metallic-painted finish, and that is genuinely fine — it is what the whole industry ships. It wears to grey plastic at high points and edges first. We will quote real cast metal separately if you want it, and it costs many times more.
What decides whether a trophy survives on a shelf?
The base. A hollow moulded base is light enough to tip when a door slams, and these live in children’s bedrooms. Ask for base dimensions and weight, not just the overall height — two trophies of the same height can be completely different objects.
How do you handle the name list?
Send it as a spreadsheet, exactly as you want it engraved, and we send back a proof of every line. Engraving is not reversible, so that approval is the last chance to catch a misspelt name — we would rather say that plainly than find out together on the night.
Do you make medals?
No, none. Medals are a different product with different tooling and there are suppliers who do nothing else. We make trophies, plaques, acrylic and crystal awards and display cases, and we would rather point you at the right place than stretch ours.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. Send whatever logo file you have and our design team redraws it for engraving. Laser engraving has a minimum line width, so fine detail closes up — most league crests need opening out rather than scaling down.
